Factory Cat MiniMag Manual & Error-Code Reference
Where is the MiniMag operator manual?
Open RPS MINIMAG-OP-EN, version 16.055 (2016), hosted on the manufacturer’s Tomcat document domain. The cover includes pad-assist and traction disk variants, plus cylindrical and orbital traction configurations. Confirm applicability with your distributor for a different serial, controller or configuration.
Before using a downloaded file, compare the model label and the control-layout drawings with the actual machine. A familiar red tank or similar product name is not sufficient identification. Keep the source URL and version with your maintenance record so a technician can see which instructions you consulted.
What do these MiniMag errors refer to?
The Central Command reference, printed pages 31–32, describes these examples:
- 7601 / 7602: scrub-deck current overload.
- 7700: an open vacuum-motor circuit.
- 2C00 / 2C01: a low-voltage warning.
These are reported conditions, not proof that a particular part needs replacement. Preserve every character, including a leading zero or letter. Record whether the code appeared at startup, during scrubbing or while moving. Recurring faults and electrical inspection belong with authorized service; do not bypass an interlock or disconnect wiring to clear a display.
Which brush, pad or squeegee reference should I use?
Printed pages 33–34 distinguish disk consumables, orbital pads, old/new cylindrical brush styles and squeegee kits. Match the fitted configuration before selecting a catalog entry. Factory Cat also provides an official Parts Explorer; a search result alone does not establish serial compatibility.
For a supplier enquiry, describe the assembly, take a clear picture of the existing part in place with the machine safely stopped, and include the machine serial and deck identification. Ask the supplier to confirm fit rather than ordering from a photo match.
Record a cleaning symptom clearly
If the issue is cleaning performance rather than a display code, distinguish a dry scrub path from water remaining behind the pickup assembly. Note whether the pattern covers the full width or a narrow strip, and whether it appears immediately or after several passes. This is an observation guide, not a diagnosis.

Scope, sources and safety
Prepared by CleanEquip Pro Editorial · October 24, 2026. This is a document-based reference, not a hands-on test or a technician diagnosis. The document versions and source sections are linked above. Only trained operators should perform tasks permitted by the applicable manual and site procedure. Stop for unsafe operation; machine-internal, battery and electrical work requires qualified service.
