What does CleanEquip Pro help with?
CleanEquip Pro helps operators, technicians and parts teams organize model-specific information for commercial floor scrubbers, sweepers and carpet extractors. Use this page to submit a fault code, beep pattern, symptom, manual or part-identification question, or a reported resolution.
Include in every equipment query
- Brand, exact model and model variant
- Complete fault code, beep pattern and indicator lights
- When the symptom appears and what changed beforehand
- Checks or replaced parts already attempted, with the result
- Relevant manual page, diagram or readable part number
Current symptom-guide coverage
- Tennant T16: poor or no water pickup
- Tennant S10: poor debris pickup or excessive dust
- Kärcher Puzzi 10/1 and 10/2 Adv: no spray or poor suction
These examples are model-specific references and are not interchangeable diagnoses.
Page updated . Document checks for the three examples below: October 16, 2026.
Submit an equipment query
Include the brand, model and what you have observed so we can understand your question. Fields marked * are required. Use one query per machine or issue.
Information support
Queries are reviewed by the CleanEquip Pro team. Replies depend on the information available. This form does not book or dispatch a repair technician.
SYMPTOM GUIDE
Floor cleaning equipment problems: what to record
Use these model-specific references to describe the problem accurately. Similar symptoms can have different causes; check the manual for your exact machine and configuration before taking action.
FLOOR SCRUBBERS
Why is my floor scrubber leaving water behind?
Tennant’s T16 guide identifies squeegee wear or debris, restricted vacuum airflow, hose damage and recovery-tank sealing problems as possible causes of poor water pickup.
In your query, describe whether the vacuum runs, whether water remains across the full path or in streaks, and which operator checks you have completed. This is a two-page T16 excerpt with January 2011 page footers, not a complete current operator manual. Its cover revision and individual serial applicability are not established; obtain the matched full manual before maintenance.

Why is my sweeper leaving debris or creating dust?
The Tennant S10 manual separates poor debris pickup from excessive dust. It lists brush condition, adjustment and a full hopper among pickup issues; dust-filter restrictions and worn skirts or seals appear under dusting.
Tell us whether debris stays on the floor, dust escapes, or both. Include the brush and hopper condition already observed. This source covers the battery S10, North America / International. Safety is on printed p. 2 / PDF p. 4; do not treat this summary as permission for belt, battery or internal work.

Why is my carpet extractor not spraying or picking up water?
For Puzzi 10/1 and 10/2 Adv machines covered by the linked manual, Kärcher distinguishes no spray from weak suction. Spray checks cover the fresh-water supply, hose couplings, nozzle and filter. Suction checks cover the cover seal, fluff filter and hose blockage.

Match the product/order number and electrical rating before use. Switch off and unplug before the manual’s maintenance checks; unresolved faults require service.

BETTER QUESTIONS, USEFUL ANSWERS
How to write a useful equipment help request
- Identify the brand, exact model and equipment type. For example, distinguish a Tennant T7 from a T7AMR.
- Copy the complete displayed code. For an audible alarm, describe the beep count, pauses and accompanying indicator lights.
- Describe what stopped working, when it happens and what changed before the issue began.
- List checks or replaced parts and the result of each. If the issue is resolved, explain how you confirmed the fix.
For a part or manual question, include the reference document, page or diagram and any readable part number. Avoid including private customer or site details.
EQUIPMENT HELP FAQ
Questions before you submit
Can I ask a question without an error code?
Yes. Choose the closest symptom and describe what happens. The code field is optional. For a document or parts question, choose “No fault – information request” under the main symptom.
What should I include for a fault code or beep pattern?
Enter the exact brand and model, the displayed characters or beep sequence, indicator lights, and when the alarm appears. Do not use a code match from another model as a diagnosis. Start with our equipment error-code library and the applicable operator manual.
Can you help identify a replacement part or manual?
You can submit an identification question with the machine model, existing part number and a relevant document link. Our parts library and manuals library provide starting points. Availability of a confirmed match depends on the source information; a submitted question does not confirm compatibility or place an order.
Can I share a repair that solved the problem?
Choose “Share a resolved issue.” Describe the original symptom, checks performed, what changed and how you checked the result. Your submission goes privately to the team and is not automatically published as a repair guide.
Does submitting a query book a repair technician?
No. This page accepts equipment information questions and database corrections. It does not schedule a visit, dispatch a technician or confirm a repair booking. Replies depend on the information available.
Will my email address or question appear publicly?
No. The form sends your contact details and question privately to the CleanEquip Pro team for review and response. They do not appear in a public question list. Do not submit passwords, payment information or unrelated personal data.
About this resource: CleanEquip Pro is an independent information platform. See our data standards for the site’s source-reference approach.

What to record
- Full model, product/order number, power and installed options.
- Manual number, revision, region and relevant page.
- Exact existing message, beep sequence, visible pattern and timing.
- What was observed, what was only suspected, and any earlier action with its result.
- The question you need a qualified technician or document source to answer.
Print on Letter or A4 using “Fit to page.” The PDF links and QR code open the related model reference. Keep completed sheets private when they contain your name, serial number or site information; the blank PDF does not send or collect entries.
Share an outcome from a guide
The model pages now offer “Yes – resolved,” “No – still unresolved” and “A different cause” links. They open the existing equipment-help form with the article, model and chosen outcome filled in. You can change those details before submitting. A selection alone is not a submitted vote.
Reader reports remain unverified until checked. We do not publish contributor names without permission or count reports as representative failure rates. Read the correction standard.
Resource update – October 16, 2026: added 13 model-specific records and an optional article-outcome field. The T16, S10 and Puzzi source notes above were checked separately on October 16, 2026. The T16 excerpt remains historical; none of these checks is a technician review or machine inspection.
