ABOUT CLEANEQUIP PRO
Source-linked commercial equipment information, with its limits stated clearly.
CleanEquip Pro is an independent technical-document research platform for commercial floor scrubbers, sweepers, carpet extractors and related equipment. We organize official product pages, manuals and model-specific symptoms for a North American audience.
Who creates the guides?
CleanEquip Pro is an independent equipment-information site. CleanEquip Pro Editorial is the publishing name used for our document research and guide preparation. It is not an individual technician credential. The guides organize manufacturer manuals, specifications and service references for equipment owners, operators and service professionals.
AI assistance is used to help research, organize and draft content. An AI-generated explanation is not a source: technical claims must be tied to the identified document, and uncertainty must remain visible. The article’s source-review date describes a document check, not an on-machine inspection.
No named technician review is claimed for the current guides. A future “Reviewed by” credit must identify a real reviewer, the scope actually reviewed and the completed review date. We will not infer certification, experience or manufacturer approval.
Editorial and source policy
1. Identify the exact machine
Records separate model families, variants, deck types, product numbers, regions and serial applicability whenever the source provides them.
2. Prefer primary sources
Manufacturer-hosted product pages, operator manuals, parts catalogs and service documents are preferred. Third-party copies are not treated as equal evidence.
3. Record document scope
Manual number, language, revision, publication date and relevant page numbers are recorded where available. Unverified compatibility is labeled or withheld.
4. Summarize, do not reproduce
Manual content is rewritten as concise factual guidance. CleanEquip Pro links to the source rather than copying full copyrighted documents.
5. Keep a safety boundary
Operator observations and non-invasive checks may be summarized. Electrical, battery, hydraulic and internal repairs are referred to qualified service personnel.
6. Correct transparently
Source mismatches, broken links and configuration errors can be reported through Equipment Help. Substantive corrections receive a dated change-log entry describing what changed and the supporting source. A document check is identified separately from a technician review.
Current published inventory
CleanEquip Pro is in an early publication stage. The word “database” describes the structured model used for records; it does not mean that every manufacturer or machine is already covered.

Send the page URL, the exact statement in question and the manufacturer document number, revision and page through Contact. For equipment observations, use Equipment Help and distinguish what happened from a suspected cause.
A reader report is a lead to investigate, not proof of compatibility or a confirmed repair. We compare the source and machine scope before changing technical guidance. We do not publish a contributor’s name as a credit without permission. See the correction standard for how evidence and changes are recorded.
What this site cannot establish
Reading a manual does not establish the condition of your machine, certify a repair, confirm an unlisted serial range or replace site procedures. A list of possible causes is not a measured ranking of failure frequency. We do not claim a hands-on test, original photo or field dataset unless the article identifies that evidence.
Page update — October 16, 2026: clarified the editorial name and AI assistance, separated source checks from technician review, expanded the correction procedure and refreshed the published article inventory.
