Choose the exact US equipment configuration

Start with the manufacturer and model on the machine label. For US equipment, compare the documented cleaning path in inches and tank capacity in gallons; use the metric values as a cross-check. Confirm the scrub head, control panel and serial number before selecting a manual or replacement part.

DOCUMENT-BASED MODEL COMPARISON

Tennant T300 vs T500 vs T600: which reference matches?

The model name changes more than tank size. These three walk-behind scrubbers use different operator manuals and service-code tables. This comparison organizes selected manufacturer specifications; it is not a hands-on performance test, a parts interchangeability chart or a complete model-selection assessment.

Selected values in the cited operator manuals. Gallon values follow these North American manuals.

How to use the differences

  • Match the full plate first. T300e and T500e are outside this comparison. The combined T600e/T600 manual still separates controls and some specifications.
  • Do not infer compatibility from voltage. T300 and T500 both list 24 VDC, but that does not make their batteries, chargers, wiring or replacement parts interchangeable.
  • Do not turn capacity into a runtime claim. Tank volume alone does not establish cleaning time, productivity, floor suitability or the condition of a used machine. Solution setting, cleaning mode and fitted equipment matter.
  • Copy the complete code and panel. Similar-looking indications can belong to a machine, charger or optional system. Use the relevant table before interpreting a symptom.

Record the full model suffix, serial, power configuration, deck and control-panel type in the model observation sheet. Refer battery, electrical and internal diagnosis to qualified service; this comparison gives no repair procedure.
