NaceCare TGB 516NX: Manual Matching & Flash Indicators
Find the official TGB 516NX documents
The NaceCare TGB 516NX product page identifies an NX300 36V lithium-ion model with a 16-inch cleaning width. Its manual directory separately lists “TGB 516NX 36 Volt Owner Manual” and “TGB 516 Owner Manual.” These are distinct document entries, not interchangeable labels.
Open the linked 36V PDF and compare the cover, control layout and machine label. The cover says TGB 516 36V, while internal pages use TTB 1840 36V. Keep those names in a document-confirmation request rather than assuming they establish complete parts compatibility.
Do not silently combine conflicting specifications
The product page reports 175 rpm and 80 minutes of full-charge runtime. The PDF specification page reports 150 rpm and 60 minutes for its TTB 1840 36V table. These values are not reconciled by the linked sources. We therefore do not present one blended specification as verified for every TGB 516NX.
Ask the distributor which manual edition applies to the serial number and fitted battery. For a purchasing comparison, record the two sources separately and mark the disputed field as awaiting confirmation. Do not promise a shift duration using the higher number alone.
What is in the linked 36V flash table?
In that PDF, printed page 7 describes counted flashes separated by a pause. Examples include one flash for low battery, six for vacuum overload and seven for brush overload. Use these only after confirming that this document applies to the machine; they are not a universal Numatic or NaceCare code table.
A report should preserve the pattern, not just say “red light.” Record the number before each pause, whether it repeats, and what the operator was doing when it appeared. If uncertain, write “count not confirmed” and request help identifying the display. Avoid repeated attempts to recreate a shutdown.
Where does the PDF cover poor pickup?
Printed page 12 separates pickup, vacuum operation, brush function and water flow. The pickup list includes the waste tank, hoses, filters, separator seal and floor-tool blades. Treat this as a document locator pending applicability confirmation, not an instruction to dismantle the machine.
Describe whether the floor is left wet across its width or in a narrow line, and whether the vacuum is audible. Note changes since the last normal shift. This information remains useful to service even when the correct document edition has not yet been established.

Question: Does this edition apply to this serial? ___

For consumables, request the approved part number and assembly match in the same enquiry. A similar product name or shared housing does not answer whether a charger, battery, blade or driver is suitable.
